Terms & ConditionsSupportWe provide software support for currently available hardware, running under Windows, Linux (Unix) and Mac operating systems. We try to provide support for Syscomp instruments regardless of their age. Support is contingent on our ability to identify and reproduce the problem if older computer hardware is involved. Support is provided by the engineers that designed the hardware and wrote the software. An initial request for support can be made by telephone or email. Email is best - it allows us to give a more thorough and considered response. Emails are usually answered within a few hours, certainly within 24 hours. WarranteeSyscomp hardware is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of sale. We will repair or replace hardware that fails in that time period due, providing it has not been misused. Hardware failures are very rare, so please check with us by email beforehand so that we can confirm the symptoms of a hardware failure. ReturnsReturn policy depends on where you bought the instrument. If you purchased it through a retailer or distributor, then their return policy will apply. For instruments purchased through the Syscomp web page, the following return policy applies: If you are not completely satisfied with the instrument and its software you may return the instrument to us. Such a return must be made within one week of its initial purchase. We will refund the purchase price of the instrument, less a 10% restocking charge, when we receive the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you wish to return an item, please advise us by email in advance, and let us know the method of shipping you are using. |
